What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as direct debit via Stripe.
What happens when I exceed my storage limit?
You'll receive a notification when you're approaching your limit. You can either upgrade your plan or purchase additional storage. We won't disrupt your store.
Do you charge transaction fees on top of payment processor fees?
Our transaction fees are separate from Stripe's processing fees. On higher plans, our fees are significantly reduced. Enterprise customers can negotiate custom rates.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, all plans include custom domain support with automatic SSL certificate provisioning. You can also use a free axnify.com subdomain.
